Who We Are
On 9th July 2020, RIT Rural Foundation was formed to focus on localising sustainable development goals and disaster management in rural India, emphasising the need for time like imparting quality education, skills enhancement through training and guidance, eradicating poverty, women empowerment, food distribution and maintaining health and hygiene.
RIT means ecological balance in Sanskrit, which is the motivational and guiding goal of this foundation.
RIT rural initiative – Gramyoday helps poor and underprivileged people through its food drive – Antyoday offers a strong shoulder to the Indian government for sharing responsibilities.
As RIT RURAL FOUNDATION promotes a greener and cleaner planet initiative, we promote sustainable agricultural practices that neutralise carbon impact in villages. We also work towards empowering women financially and socially, creating work opportunities so that they can contribute toward sustainable development in their vicinity and at the country level.
Our Vision
RIT Rural Foundation envisions development in rural India by aligning Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) articulated by the World Health Organization (WHO). We work hard to transform rural lives, undertaking goals toward decentralising climate action and localising SDGs working toward underdevelopment, poverty, and lack of access to basic services.
By supporting sustainable agriculture, skill development, and micro-entrepreneurship, RIT Rural Foundation tries to boost household incomes and promote growth.
RIT Rural Foundation envisions rural India as an empowered segment that participates and prospers alongside urban India.
Our Mission
The mission of RIT Rural Foundation is to empower rural India through integrated, innovative, and sustainable solutions. Also, we are deeply committed to climate action by promoting carbon farming to achieve carbon neutrality.
RIT Rural Foundation is on the mission of creating greener jobs that empower women, enhance skills enhancement, support latent talent in sports and help farmers increase their incomes. We focus on environmental consciousness, multilayer farming, and disaster management.
