Community Resource Centres, a flagship programme of Rit Rural Foundation, made a mark by helping more than 12000+ people from marginalized groups. Whether it was the inculcation of skills, providing a safe working space or helping farmers at grassroots levels, the CRCs are the pulse points where hitting SDG goals becomes visible.

Rit Rural Foundation has established community centers all across UP to transform the global SDG goals into tangible local action. Team Rit upskilled 3500+ students in Padri Kala, 2000+ in Nathikhera, 2000 in Itauli, 4000 in Raebareli and 1000 in Etah and still counting.

Women were trained to undertake agri-processing and value addition that included pickle-making, beeswax and turmeric production, honey packaging, embroidery work and more.
Our CRCs provide state of the art learning facilities to rural students with the aim of cognitive learning and holistic development. This includes providing digital literacy, teaching Indian languages, and nature-based learning. Curricula is carefully crafted to meet the objectives of the National Education Policy.
We trained farmers in UP to grow crops using advanced techniques and incorporating new technologies. Additionally, farmers are trained to undertake organic farming, promoting cultivation of high value crops, networking with experts and ensuring market access including export potential of the agri-produce.
All our efforts are aligned with the SDGs set by the UN. The aim is to localize the goals by empowering people through multidimensional growth, bridging the knowledge divide, upscaling and upskilling young and adults, including women, increasing the income sources of farmers and securing the sustainable prosperity of villages.
